About us

OLYMPUS PIE began operations in late 2011 by Apostolis Kapetanoulis.
Apostolis originates from Larissa (the area under mount Olympus), has graduated from the Department of Chemistry,
at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and for many years was a research associate in a large pharmaceutical company.
In 2011 he left this place and with the encouragement of a friend started producing handmade filo pastry
with the main objective to preserve the traditional recipes of the region and our country.

Naturally after 25 years of involvement in the health department Apostolis has inherited a particular compassion toward people and many values such as integrity,
consistency, collaboration, customer focus, quality and respect for others.
